Lucie Lavelle ships domestically and internationally. Postage costs apply for international orders.

What will it cost to ship my parcel within Australia?

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all domestic orders. A basket that totals over $50 or higher qualifies for free shipping.

How will I know if my order has been received?

After you place an order at, we will send you an order confirmation email. When your order ships, we will send you a second email with tracking details.

How do I track my order?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours upon receiving payment; shipping times are estimated to be between 3-7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Track your order and view the status of your package at You may need to enter your tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

How do I change or cancel my order?

At this stage, we are not able to process changes to an existing order or cancelation of an existing order. We apologise for an inconvenience that this may cause

Not satisfied with a product?

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have ordered from, you may return the unused product in original condition within 5 days of receipt of the good. We will refund the price of the product. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. No refunds without proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact Lucie Lavelle Customer Care ( within 2 days of receipt of your order. We will guide you through the return process.

In fairness to our distribution partners, Lucie Lavelle retail locations are not required to accept returns for products purchased at Likewise, we do not accept returns or process refunds for products purchased from physical retail locations

Exchange or store credits?

At this time we do not offer exchanges or store credits

Not what you ordered?

If by chance the product you received does not match the product ordered (as reflected on your confirmation email), please contact us ( upon receipt of the good. We ask that you keep all shipping documentation for record.

Goods damaged in transit?

If the goods that you received from Lucie Lavelle were damaged in transit, please contact us ( immediately upon receipt of the good. We ask that you keep all outer packaging (carton or bag) and take a picture for record.
